The Jr. Front End Developer role at RPM is a temporary-to-hire position that plays a crucial part in the company's mission to simplify logistics. In this role, you will ensure that the website adheres to the latest UX/UI standards, collaborating closely with colleagues from Marketing, product design, product management, and systems architecture to develop innovative solutions. Staying updated on industry trends and best practices is essential to continuously improve the user experience for both internal and external customers. You will also be responsible for following coding, security, and data protection best practices while developing software solutions that meet the information needs of the organization. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include documenting and demonstrating solutions through various means such as flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and clear code comments. You will prepare and install solutions by determining system specifications and programming standards. This role requires a proactive approach to investigating problem areas and following the software development lifecycle to ensure high-quality deliverables.
