• Understand client hiring needs through effective communication over the phone and via email.
• Collaborate with the writing team to create compelling job advertisements based on client requirements.
• Post job ads to various job boards and manage the flow of applicants.
• Utilize checklists to ensure all client needs are met and nothing is overlooked.
• Regularly check in with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service and phone skills.
• Above average computer skills.
• Creative writing and problem-solving skills.
• At least 6 months of previous experience in a customer-facing business office environment.
