About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position will contribute toward the efficient operation of the rubber encapsulating department.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate rubber encapsulation machine per the requirements of the print specifications, shop order and process sheet.
• Adhere to all safety regulations for the safety of self and others.
• Assure the machine is operated with the proper mold and at the proper temperature.
• Perform at a level to maintain production standards.
• Inspect product to ensure continued conformance to specifications.
• Complete all documentation and perform rework to non-conforming products.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Ability to read and write.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, memorandums and correspondence.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others both orally and in writing.
• Basic math skills are required, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• Ability to understand and carry out detailed written and oral instructions.
