About the position
The RV Driver position at Symphony Diagnostic Services involves the safe and timely transportation of passengers and mammography equipment to various locations. This part-time role requires overnight travel and includes responsibilities related to vehicle maintenance and assisting the Mammography technician with patient processing.
Responsibilities
- Ensure safe and timely delivery of passengers and mammography equipment to designated locations.
- Maintain and service the van as needed, notifying management of any issues.
- Assist the Mammography technician with paperwork and patient processing during exams.
- Ensure the vehicle is fueled and ready the evening before leaving for the facility.
- Obtain directions and addresses before departing for a facility.
- Monitor supplies and order new supplies as needed.
- Operate the van in a safe manner according to company policy.
- Assist patients in and out of the van.
- Print and complete required paperwork before patients are seen by the technologist.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Must have a valid DOT medical card.
