As an F&I Manager, you will be responsible for selecting appropriate lenders, securing approvals, obtaining customer commitments, and finalizing deliveries. You will manage the placement of contracts while maximizing F&I PVR and assist the sales desk in structuring deals. Consistent adherence to all F&I office processes and the flow of contracts is essential. You will also manage contracts in transit and ensure funding through constant communication with the business office. Tracking and monitoring F&I PVR, product penetration, and lender penetrations will be part of your responsibilities. Participation in weekly sales meetings regarding F&I training and issues is expected, as well as assisting the General Manager and Sales Manager in training sales staff. Adhering to all company policies and procedures is crucial for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Select appropriate lender and secure approval for financing.
  • Obtain customer commitment and finalize delivery of contracts.
  • Manage placement of contracts while maximizing F&I PVR.
  • Assist sales desk in structuring deals effectively.
  • Adhere to all F&I office processes and flow of contracts consistently.
  • Manage contracts in transit and ensure funding with constant communication with the business office.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of working knowledge in Finance and Insurance products.
  • Menu selling experience is required.
  • Business management experience in the automobile industry is a plus.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Good time management skills are necessary.
  • Professional dress, speech, and behavior are required.
  • Strong closing skills are necessary.
  • Strong organizational skills are essential.
  • Ability to train finance and sales personnel is required.
  • Valid driver's license is necessary.
