As an RV Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for greeting unit transport drivers, inspecting units for any internal or external damage, and taking pictures of the units to post on the company website. You will maintain accurate records of all RV inventory, including new, used, and traded vehicles. Additionally, you will develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices, collaborating with sales, service, and finance departments to ensure smooth inventory flow and accurate documentation. This position offers a competitive compensation of $18 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, disability, FSAs, and life insurance, along with paid time off and paid holidays. Responsibilities

  • Greeting unit transport drivers
  • Inspecting the unit for any internal/external damage
  • Taking pictures of the unit and posting them on the company website
  • Maintaining accurate records of all RV inventory, including new, used, and traded vehicles
  • Developing and implementing inventory control procedures and best practices
  • Collaborating with sales, service, and finance departments to ensure smooth inventory flow and accurate documentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the automotive or RV industry
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices
  • Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to perform under pressure
