About the position

The RV Resort Clerk is responsible for registering guests, collecting fees, and maintaining the cleanliness of the RV resort facilities while delivering excellent customer service. This role requires adherence to company policies and a commitment to fostering a positive environment for both guests and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Register guests and collect fees at the RV Resort.
• Maintain cleanliness of the resort, including restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities.
• Ensure proper procedures are followed for guest check-in and check-out.
• Build relationships with guests through meaningful interactions.
• Operate a point of sale system and manage cash transactions accurately.
• Perform custodial duties, including cleaning and stocking supplies.
• Maintain a safe and friendly work environment by adhering to safety guidelines.
• Read electrical meters and provide accurate information to guests about services and amenities.
• Work under pressure and maintain punctual attendance, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Relevant work experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a Micros POS system and basic office equipment.
• Proficient in basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in customer service roles.
• Knowledge of propane filling procedures.
