About the position

The Sales Associate at Blue Compass RV is responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish, assisting customers in selecting RVs, negotiating terms, and finalizing sales. This role involves interacting with customers through various channels to provide exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the purchasing process.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide their RV purchase.
• Respond to leads in a timely manner and answer customer inquiries.
• Help customers select the right vehicle and negotiate payment options.
• Close sales and ensure customer satisfaction before and after purchase.
• Follow up with customers to maintain relationships and drive loyalty.
• Transition customers to the Service department for ongoing support.

Requirements

• Automotive sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Entry-level position suitable for candidates with a positive work ethic.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in other automotive sales or home sales is a plus.
• Ability to build rapport with customers.
