RV Sales Associate

About the position

Camping World is seeking a motivated RV Sales Associate to join their growing team. The role focuses on generating sales for new and used RVs, providing a high-quality customer experience, and working closely with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction. The position offers an aggressive, uncapped earnings potential through a commission-driven pay plan.

Responsibilities

• Promote a top-notch, high-quality customer experience selling new and used RVs
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations
• Close sales effectively by collaborating with the F&I team
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high integrity approach
• Generate ideas to exceed sales goals and demonstrate best revenue-generating practices
• Serve as a liaison between customers and all departments including retail, service, and finance
• Stay informed on market trends, the RV industry, and current dealership inventory
• Maintain strong communication with customers, co-workers, and management

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college education is a plus
• 2+ years' experience in sales, ideally in RV, automotive, television, furniture, real estate, or homes
• Strong motivational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license
• Excellent customer service skills with enthusiasm and strong communication
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
• Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for periods
