About the position

The RV Sales Associate at Camping World is responsible for driving sales of new and used RVs while providing an exceptional customer experience. This role involves engaging with customers, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales in a commission-based environment. The position emphasizes a no-pressure sales approach and requires a commitment to integrity and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Promote a high-quality customer experience in selling new and used RVs
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walkthrough presentations
• Close sales effectively by collaborating with the F&I team
• Follow up with customers while maintaining a no-pressure, high integrity approach

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• 2+ years' experience in sales, ideally in RV, automotive, television, furniture, or real estate
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
• Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for extended periods
