About the position

The RV Sales Associate at Campers Inn RV is responsible for selling new and used RVs while providing exceptional customer service. This role involves following a structured sales process, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with the finance and insurance team to close sales. The associate will also stay informed about market trends and dealership inventory, ensuring a high-quality experience for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Follow the trusted door to deal sales process
  • Work with an industry-leading team to sell new and used RVs
  • Conduct effective demonstrations of RV units
  • Maintain working knowledge of each product being sold
  • Close sales effectively by collaborating with the F&I team
  • Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high integrity approach
  • Generate ideas to exceed sales goals and demonstrate best revenue-generating practices
  • Stay updated on market trends, the RV industry, and current dealership inventory
  • Communicate enthusiastically with customers, employees, and management
  • Attend RV shows and location events as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to obtain State Sales License if required
  • Minimum of one year of RV sales experience preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable work ethic and commitment to superior customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of computer systems including Motility Systems2K and MS Office
  • Ability to move RVs of various sizes
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, lifting, and bending
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
