About The Position
Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RVs, have fun and make money! We believe that it is important to invest in your success. When you join us as a first time RV Salesperson, you will receive up to 4 weeks of training pay based on residency and state laws. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions (no soft packs on commissions). Successful team members can earn $150,000+ annually based on performance. Year-end sales volume bonuses available to those who qualify. First year earners can make between $60,000 - $150,000 annual total compensation on average. With dedication, talent, and effort, this role offers the potential for a six-figure income or more. Many of our top-performing sales professionals consistently exceed this threshold, showcasing the remarkable opportunities available for high achievers. Base pay of $15/hr along with commission opportunities. No Caps on commission and retention bonuses paid out annually. Guaranteed training pay for the first 30 days of employment.
