About the position
The Sales Associate at Blue Compass RV is responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish, assisting clients with product selection, negotiating terms, and finalizing sales. This role involves interacting with customers through various channels to guide them in their RV purchase, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers online, over the phone, and in person to assist with RV purchases.
- Respond to leads in a timely manner and provide information to customers.
- Guide customers effectively from initial contact to in-store experience.
- Help customers select the right vehicle and negotiate payment options.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and drive loyalty.
- Transition customers to the Service department post-purchase.
Requirements
- Automotive sales experience preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Entry-level position, under 1 year of experience.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in other automotive sales or home sales is a plus.
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Positive energy and good work ethic.
