About the position

The RV Sales Associate at Forest River by Camping World in Hugo, Minnesota, is responsible for driving sales through exceptional customer service and product knowledge. This role requires a high-energy individual who can effectively engage with customers, conduct product demonstrations, and close sales while working closely with the finance team. The position offers a commission-based compensation structure with the potential to earn up to $150K annually, along with comprehensive training and support.

Responsibilities

• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer
• Promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations
• Close sales effectively by working closely with the Finance team

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally in RV, automotive, television, furniture, or real estate preferred
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
• Valid driver's license
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
