About the position

The Sales Associate at Blue Compass RV is responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish, helping clients select RVs, negotiating terms, and finalizing sales. This role involves interacting with customers through various channels to provide an exceptional buying experience, ensuring customer satisfaction both before and after the purchase. The Sales Associate will also assist in transitioning customers to the Service department for ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process from start to finish.
• Help clients with product selection and negotiate terms.
• Finalize sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Respond to leads in a timely manner and provide information to customers.
• Guide customers effectively from initial contact to in-store experience.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and drive loyalty.
• Transition customers to the Service department for support after purchase.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Experience in sales is preferred, particularly in automotive or home sales.

Nice-to-haves

• RV sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to build rapport with customers.
