Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers to understand their needs.

• Close deals and achieve sales targets.

• Work collaboratively with a knowledgeable team to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• Strong desire to perform at a high level.
• Willingness to be coachable.
• At least 2 years of experience in RV sales or related field (preferred but not required).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
