About the position

We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated Salesperson to join our RV Sales team at Veurinks RV Center. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and embodying our core values of integrity, teamwork, excellence, customer delight, and fun. The Salesperson will play a crucial role in enhancing customer relationships and promoting the RV lifestyle.

Responsibilities

  • Act with honesty, transparency, and professionalism in all interactions with customers and team members.
  • Represent the Veurink name and our products/brands with the highest ethical standards.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of customer information and diligent follow-up.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to create a supportive and motivated team environment.
  • Share insights and product knowledge with team members to enhance collective success.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of RV models, features, and industry trends.
  • Demonstrate excellence in sales techniques, customer engagement, and product presentation.
  • Strive to meet and exceed sales targets through consistent performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Understand customers' needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions.
  • Foster long-lasting customer relationships by delivering exceptional service.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
  • Create a positive and enjoyable buying experience for customers.
  • Help brainstorm and participate in engaging events or promotions to promote the fun aspect of RV ownership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience and excellence in sales, preferably in the RV/Marine or automotive industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-driven and highly motivated to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Passion for the RV lifestyle and the ability to convey that enthusiasm to customers.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies.
