Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers
• Provide estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments
• Keep customers apprised of work progress
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal staff, both verbally and in writing
• Utilize computer systems for various tasks and internet searches
• Follow company policies and procedures

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience is preferred
• Previous automotive experience is preferred
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills are required
• A valid driver's license is mandatory
