About The Position

The RV Service Technician at Kunes RV is a hands-on role focused on diagnosing and repairing various RV systems to ensure customer satisfaction and safety. Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude for diagnosing and repairing various systems in RVs.
• Professionalism with a reliable and responsible attitude focused on quality work.
• Willingness to learn and grow skills, with previous RV or related experience being a plus.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in an RV dealership environment is highly desirable.
• Certifications in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or similar technical fields are a plus.
• RVDA/RVIA certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and troubleshoot RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each RV is ready for its next adventure.
• Work closely with service advisors to discuss repairs and provide labor time estimates.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed and adhere to dealership policies.
• Manage time effectively to complete repairs promptly and reduce downtime for customers.
