About the position

Airstream Las Vegas is seeking dynamic RV Service Technicians to join their team in a growing industry focused on maintaining and repairing iconic trailers. The role involves performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Technicians will work with plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and electrical systems, and will be responsible for documenting their work and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic tests and repair or replacement services to customers
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance maintenance
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
• Keep supervisor appraised of work progress
• Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by the supervisor or designee
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
• Aid service writer as needed to write work orders, conduct test rides, and interact with customers

Requirements

• Certification from college or technical school in trade field (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance, etc.) is helpful
• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Strong attention to detail and self-motivated
• Well-versed in all maintenance and repairs

Nice-to-haves

• RVIA certification recommended but not required
• Skills in aluminum fabrication
• Experience in customer service
