We are seeking a skilled and dedicated RV Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with specific experience in servicing recreational vehicles. As an RV Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various systems within RVs, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently. Your expertise will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers and maintaining the quality of our fleet.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on recreational vehicles.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues using diagnostics tools.
- Conduct auto body repair work as needed to maintain the appearance and functionality of RVs.
- Utilize power tools effectively for repairs and installations.
- Align vehicle components to manufacturer specifications for safety and performance.
- Collaborate with team members to complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Document all repairs and services performed on each vehicle for record-keeping purposes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a mechanic or service technician, preferably with RV background.
- Strong knowledge of diagnostics and repair techniques.
- Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing issues.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members effectively.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid identification is required; additional certifications related to automotive repair are a plus.
