Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair electrical, plumbing, interior carpentry, and exteriors to ensure proper operating condition.
• Perform routine maintenance on RVs.
• Test drive RVs to diagnose and ensure they are working properly.
• Demonstrate the use, function, and features of RVs and how to perform basic maintenance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record is required.
• A minimum of one year of RV service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as safety manuals.
• Ability to work independently as well as on a team.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to wear protective clothing and use protective equipment as needed or required per OSHA regulations.
• Ability to tow RVs of various sizes as needed.
• Ability to organize various physical tasks through adjusting, climbing ladders, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, or bending.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
