The RVP, Client Acquisition position is designed for an experienced Financial Advisor with a proven track record in closing new business. This role involves working closely with qualified prospects provided by the inside sales team, engaging with them to understand their needs, presenting the firm's value proposition, and outlining a comprehensive plan to achieve their financial objectives. The ideal candidate will be a natural relationship builder with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of facilitating optimal outcomes for clients. This position requires a combination of remote and in-person work, emphasizing collaboration with Allworth's financial advisor professionals to provide excellent client service. In this role, you will review detailed information about prospects, prepare agendas for meetings, engage with clients to identify their needs, and establish formal advisory relationships. You will also be responsible for creating deliverables related to financial planning, investments, estate, and tax advice, guiding the sales cycle alongside the assigned Allworth advisor to achieve new business success.
