About the position

The S&OP Project Manager at Golden Artist Colors Inc. is responsible for managing inter-departmental projects within the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Center. This role serves as a change agent, promoting transparency and collaboration across the organization to align with business goals. The incumbent will create, maintain, and improve project management processes, track decisions, and support major S&OP initiatives such as new product launches and continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage inter-departmental projects within the S&OP Center.
• Act as a change agent and catalyst for the organization.
• Create, maintain, and continuously improve project management processes.
• Track and document decisions and steps for continuous improvement.
• Communicate and execute corporate strategic initiatives in support of major S&OP projects.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• 3-5 years of project management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related fields.
• CAPM or PMP certification preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience in problem-solving and motivating others.
