About the position

The SAFe Scrum Master will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within a software development team, ensuring efficient delivery of high-quality solutions. This role involves coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team, removing barriers to successful implementation, and maintaining a focus on project objectives. The Scrum Master will also facilitate Scrum ceremonies and track project metrics to assess team performance.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the team.
  • Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices.
  • Ensure the team collaborates efficiently to deliver high-quality products.
  • Work with the Product Developer to prioritize the product backlog.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Identify and resolve obstacles hindering the team's progress.
  • Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Track KPIs to help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
  • Ensure adherence to the Scrum framework and Agile principles.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of recent experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Not less than 10 years of experience in the IT industry.
  • Experience with technology skills like Java, J2EE, web development projects, cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proven ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Certification in Agile methodologies, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe certification, and Kanban certification.

  • Good to have experience in the Automotive and manufacturing industry.
