About The Position

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Enverus plays a crucial role in advocating for strategic Power & Renewables clients throughout their customer lifecycle. This position focuses on enhancing customer engagement, adoption, and awareness of Enverus' comprehensive solution portfolio, ultimately driving customer retention and elevating the company's Net Promoter Score. The CSM will leverage advanced technological solutions to optimize customer satisfaction and contribute to the company's long-term growth and success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical customer success roles - highly desired.
  • 5+ years in SaaS sales - highly desired.
  • 5+ years in Oil and Gas industry - highly desired.
  • Bachelor's degree highly desired; Master's degree in a business-related field beneficial.
  • Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and delivering results.
  • Strong project management and change management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations and internal teams.
  • Analyze customer health metrics and provide actionable insights to improve retention and expansion.
  • Proactively identify and address customer challenges, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Drive product adoption and usage through tailored strategies and value-added consultations.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Manage customer success programs and initiatives to improve key metrics.
