About the position

The SaaS Finance Manager will play a crucial role in a $100M global technology company, focusing on top-line analytics, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to drive business insights and growth. This position offers a unique opportunity to be the first finance hire outside of the CFO, with significant potential for career advancement in a supportive remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for top-line analytics including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and general analytics to drive business insights and growth.
• Review monthly forecasts, explain deviations to budget, prior month, and prior year, and present results to the Finance Manager, Finance Director, CFO, and Leadership team.
• Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and rolling forecasts, assisting with building multi-year plans and providing supplemental trend analysis as necessary.
• Develop dashboards for executives to provide insights into KPIs and overall business performance.
• Assist with special finance projects and partner with cross-functional departments in preparing analyses, including financial modeling of new business ideas, due diligence, M&A, and external evaluations.

Requirements

• 3 years of work experience in FP&A, FDD, IB, or Financial consulting.
• Experience working in a consulting environment or directly with a SaaS-based company is a must-have.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics.

Nice-to-haves

• MBA, CFA, or CPA is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with ERP: NetSuite preferred.
• Data Analytics skills in PowerBI, Adaptive Planning, or Tableau will make you stand out.
