About the position

The SaaS Finance Process Lead at GE Healthcare is a senior role focused on leading the finance domain within the SaaS process flow team. This position involves analyzing, standardizing, and digitizing finance processes across various business units to support the company's SaaS Digital Transformation. The role requires collaboration with multiple teams, including IT, to drive significant changes in processes, technology, and culture, while ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with teams in business units, regions, and functions to create and implement a cohesive roadmap for finance-related processes.
  • Lead business process engagements, alignments, and standardization, creating strategic documents and plans in line with organizational goals.
  • Define the scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria for transformation projects in partnership with SaaS Product and Engineering leaders.
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders to influence, resolve conflicts, and secure buy-in for transformation projects.
  • Manage the portfolio of projects ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and effective risk management.
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them for the transformation program.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to track program progress and report performance to stakeholders with transparency.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback and incorporating best practices into future iterations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
  • 7 years of experience in leading and implementing large-scale SaaS transformation initiatives in healthcare or industrial domains.
  • Proven experience in leading digital transformation efforts and driving process harmonization.
  • Strong executive communication skills and a track record of influencing senior leadership.
