• Work with members of cross-functional operations teams and developers to assist with daily operations.
• Understand internal processes to best serve SaaS customers.
• Triage B2B customer support concerns with the internal development team.
• Demonstrate advanced product knowledge to alleviate customer concerns.

Requirements
