About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role focuses on generating and qualifying leads for a SaaS platform that offers customized enterprise-level applications. The position involves collaborating with the marketing team to create lead generation campaigns and engaging potential customers through various communication channels to understand their needs and advance them through the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads interested in the platform by analyzing different markets and developing strategies.
  • Collaborate with an Account Executive and the Marketing team to set up lead generation campaigns targeting specific industries.
  • Proactively approach potential customers via phone, LinkedIn, or email to schedule meetings.
  • Understand customer needs during touchpoints to advance them through the sales funnel.
  • Schedule follow-up meetings that include presentations, demos, or workshops after initial qualification.

Requirements

  • 1 year or more of sales experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Hunter mentality with a proven successful sales track record.
