About the position

We are looking for a full-time remote Customer Support Specialist who will serve as the first point of contact for our customers. The role focuses on providing exceptional support to ensure customer needs are met promptly and effectively, with a strong emphasis on technical assistance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with technical issues via email, chat, and phone.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot problems, identify root causes, and provide solutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with SAAS products and technical support experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript, and MySQL.
  • Experience with Hardware/IoT devices, ideally Smarthome Devices.
