About the position

The SAAS Engineer 3 position is focused on supporting major transformations in Application Security (AppSec) through the implementation of new tools and capabilities, as well as migration to a new system of record. This role combines technical expertise with project management responsibilities, requiring collaboration across various teams to drive vendor management and ensure the successful integration of security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct static analysis to identify security vulnerabilities in source code.
• Utilize tools such as Checkmarx for vulnerability detection.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure alignment on security initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships and drive project management activities related to security tools implementation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Static Analysis Engineer or with Static Analysis.
• Experience with tools to find security vulnerabilities in source code, such as Checkmarx.
• Experience as a SAAS engineer in an AppSec environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform or Azure.
• Proficiency in Python programming language.
• Knowledge of SQL.
