About the position

The SAAS Engineer 3 position is focused on major transformations in Application Security (AppSec), involving the implementation of new tools and capabilities, as well as migration to a new system of record. This role combines technical expertise with project management responsibilities, requiring collaboration across multiple teams to drive vendor management and ensure the successful integration of security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct static analysis to identify security vulnerabilities in source code.
• Utilize tools such as Checkmarx for vulnerability detection.
• Engage in project management activities related to vendor management.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to facilitate communication and project success.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Static Analysis Engineer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency with tools for finding security vulnerabilities in source code, specifically Checkmarx.
• Experience as a SAAS engineer in an AppSec environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform or Azure.
• Proficiency in Python programming language.
• Experience with SQL.
