As part of our exclusive Tech One Program (TOP) in partnership with Vestas Americas, we are seeking Wind Energy Training Instructors who are enthusiastic about safety and education.
Responsibilities
- Educate: Conduct engaging classroom and hands-on lab training using innovative teaching methods.
- Inspire: Create a solid foundation in areas like Working-at-Heights, Electrical Safety, Basic Mechanical Skills, and more.
- Innovate: Design and utilize state-of-the-art training aids, simulators, and mock-ups.
- Supervise: Oversee assigned employees, supporting certification initiatives, and maintaining a professional training environment.
- Collaborate: Work with fellow instructors, ensuring compliance with GWO qualifications and company policies.
Requirements
- Readiness to relocate to Portland, Oregon
- Experience in specialized training topics
- Technical/University Education degree OR 2+ years of wind industry experience
- GWO and/or Wind Energy Instructor credentials
