Our work to improve lives is never done, and as a Safety Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients. As a Safety Associate, you will be responsible for transporting patients to and from different areas according to their schedules. This includes accompanying patients on outside medical appointments to ensure their safety and reporting any observations of changes in a patient’s condition or behavior to professional staff. You will work under the supervision of a licensed professional, providing constant observation of assigned patients and intervening when necessary to keep those patients safe. Your role is vital in maintaining a secure environment for our patients and supporting the overall mission of Jefferson Health.
