About the position

The Safety Manager at Reyes Group, Ltd. is responsible for ensuring that all safety standard operating procedures are adhered to at construction job sites. This role involves managing safety programs, documentation, and promoting a culture of safety within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety standard operating procedures at all job sites.
• Administer and document company safety programs.
• Promote a culture of safety and encourage team members to meet safety goals.
• Handle confidential information responsibly.
• Communicate safety policies and procedures clearly to all staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction engineering, occupational safety, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years of safety experience in commercial construction.
• OSHA 30 hour training certification required.
• OSHA 500/510 certification preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
