About The Position

As a Safety Team Member at We Care Daily Clinics, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for members, staff, and visitors. This role involves conducting routine patrols, responding to emergencies, and supporting clinic operations while promoting health and safety standards. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that supports recovery and compassionate care.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • One (1) year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with a diverse member population.
  • Quick thinker with the ability to react calmly and effectively in dynamic situations.
  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation training (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine patrols of clinic buildings, parking lots, and grounds to ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
  • Respond to emergencies and assist in de-escalating situations involving individuals displaying unusual or aggressive behavior.
  • Monitor and enforce social distancing and safety guidelines to promote health and wellness within the clinic.
  • Transport members to and from the clinic as needed using company vehicles.
  • Assist with medication delivery routes for active members when necessary.
  • Support clinic operations by receiving packages, collecting mail, and overseeing deliveries.
  • Conduct surveillance of clinic property and assist in retrieving video footage for authorized staff during incidents.
  • Maintain clean and organized waiting areas, ensuring sanitizing stations are fully stocked and functional.
  • Complete incident reports and ensure accurate documentation of safety-related activities.
