Sage X3 Implimentation Specialist

About the position

The Sage X3 Implementation Specialist will play a crucial role in the ongoing global implementation of the Sage X3 ERP system across various subsidiary companies of Ad Populum. This position involves working closely with operations teams and key users to configure the system, provide training, and manage projects. Post-implementation, the focus will shift to enhancing system functionality and efficiency through custom development and integration with other business applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Sage X3 solutions.
• Configure and customize Sage X3 modules to meet client needs.
• Provide end-user training and support.
• Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data analytics solutions.
• Integrate Sage X3 with other business applications and third-party tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Sage X3.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest Sage X3 features and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Sage X3 ERP.
• Strong knowledge of Sage X3 modules, including finance, distribution, and manufacturing.
• Proficiency in SQL and other database management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice-to-haves

• Sage X3 certification is a plus.
• Sage Enterprise Intelligence experience is a plus.
