About the position
The SailPoint Developer position at Highlake Tech in Dallas, TX, is a full-time role focused on identity and access management (IAM) using SailPoint IdentityIQ. The developer will be responsible for application onboarding, provisioning, workflows, and access reviews, leveraging their expertise in various programming languages and technologies to enhance IAM solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Onboard applications and create custom adapters/interfaces.
- Manage provisioning workflows and conduct access reviews.
- Integrate IAM solutions with AWS and other cloud services.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their IAM needs and provide solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols such as LDAP, PKI, and SSL.
Requirements
- 7-8 years of experience in IAM and SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Proficiency in Java, Bean Shell, JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL, PowerShell, and XML.
- Experience with SailPoint connectors (out-of-the-box and custom).
- Expertise in AWS environment migration and integration.
- Strong knowledge of IAM concepts including self-service, RBAC, attestation, and recertification.
- Proven experience in SDLC implementation for IAM projects.
- Hands-on experience with application integration and customization.
Nice-to-haves
- Direct client-facing experience (onsite and offshore).
- Familiarity with various operating systems including Linux and Windows.
