About the position

The SailPoint Developer role involves designing, implementing, and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IIQ. The position requires collaboration with various teams to ensure the deployment of effective security solutions that align with client objectives and best practices. The developer will engage in requirements gathering, create custom workflows, and manage SailPoint certifications while also providing technical insights to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in requirements gathering and use cases development.
  • Create, validate, and justify security solutions and designs consistent with client objectives and best practices.
  • Build custom workflows and connectors for SailPoint IIQ solutions.
  • Manage SailPoint certifications including configuration, staging, testing, communication, launch, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Configure, analyze, and socialize IIQ metrics and reports.
  • Respond to requests for audit and assessment data from IIQ.
  • Coordinate with the broader SailPoint IIQ team to modify and deploy SailPoint services.
  • Develop deployment and implementation methodology and standards consistent with vendor best practices.
  • Install, integrate, configure, deploy, and architect IAM solutions and systems for User Life-Cycle Management, Identity and Access Governance, Automated Provisioning, Single Sign-On, Federation, and Privileged Account Management.
  • Transcribe and present technical information to business/executive levels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.

  • Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls to mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement.
  • Experience with programming languages: Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL.
  • Experience with web technologies: XML, SPML/SOAP, Web and Application Servers, HTML.
  • Experience setting up and installing software on Windows and Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
