About the position

The SailPoint Developer at UberEther is a technical expert responsible for the integration, support, design, and implementation of access enterprise platforms within the authentication and identity lifecycle. This role focuses on developing solutions that meet customer needs while ensuring quality and efficiency in the development process. The ideal candidate will contribute to the Identity Services team and play a key role in advancing the company's roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical expert for application integration and support.
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain solutions for access enterprise platforms.
  • Develop workflows and interfaces that enhance customer experience.
  • Create elegant, maintainable, testable, and reusable code.
  • Take responsibility for solutions from design to deployment.
  • Interface with internal stakeholders for documentation and requirements analysis.
  • Resolve technical issues from development to production.
  • Ensure quality of developed code through testing and lessons learned.
  • Focus on process improvements and automation of manual tasks.
  • Contribute to roadmap development for the Identity Services team.
  • Participate in code reviews, integration, and deployment events.

Requirements

  • United States Citizen with authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in deploying and managing an IGA platform.
  • Subject matter expert in Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Management, Identity Governance, and Access Certification.
  • Development experience in Java, REST/SOAP API, and various integration methods (LDAP, JDBC, Flat file).
  • Strong scripting knowledge.
  • Experience with databases such as Oracle, MS SQL, and MySQL.
  • Advanced collaboration skills and ability to lead team-oriented projects.
  • Familiarity with security issues in Identity Access Management and experience implementing security systems.
  • Active US Security Clearance.
  • CompTIA Security+ Certification.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience integrating SailPoint with PAM solutions like CyberArk or BeyondTrust.
  • Familiarity with connecting various SSO platforms.
  • Experience with other IAM / ICAM tools.
  • Experience with Agile development methodology.
  • Mastery of JIRA and Confluence.
