About the position
The SailPoint Development Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ). This role requires a strong proficiency in Java development and a solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts. The architect will work on onboarding applications, managing deployments, and integrating IGA capabilities with the ServiceNow platform, while also ensuring effective communication of technical concepts to clients.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using SailPoint IIQ.
- Write and manage Aggregation Rules and Provisioning Rules.
- Onboard applications including WebServices, Active Directory (AD), JDBC, and Delimited formats.
- Manage custom changes and deployments of SailPoint IIQ.
- Oversee lifecycle management, provisioning, and application onboarding processes.
- Proficiently configure workflows, rules, connectors, and policies.
- Resolve and respond to fix requests during development, QA, and production phases.
- Integrate IGA capabilities with the ServiceNow platform.
- Gather requirements and communicate effectively with clients at both technical and functional levels.
Requirements
- Experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using SailPoint IIQ.
- Strong proficiency in Java development, XML, and BeanShell.
- Experience in writing Aggregation Rules and Provisioning Rules.
- Expertise in onboarding applications, particularly WebServices, AD, JDBC, and Delimited formats.
- Solid understanding of IAM concepts and practices, including Governance and Administration, Access Management, and Privileged Access Management.
- Strong expertise in lifecycle management and provisioning.
- Proficient in workflows, rules, connectors, policies, and other configurations.
- Ability to manage and implement changes within the organization.
- Effective communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts.
