About the position

Responsibilities
- Participate in 3-6 hours of daily meetings while working remotely.
- Provide L3 level production support for SailPoint IIQ.
- Debug code for errors in production environments.
- Train L1 and L2 team members on their responsibilities and tasks.
- Utilize knowledge of SailPoint Cloud Gateway Server and IQService.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience with SailPoint IIQ.
- Proficiency in Apache Tomcat.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Familiarity with Linux commands.
- Strong debugging skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with SailPoint Cloud Gateway Server.
- Knowledge of IQService.
