Responsibilities

• Assist guests with snorkeling, sailing, and sightseeing activities.
• Ensure the safety of guests while on the water.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with groups.
• Perform manual labor associated with sailing and boating activities.
• Participate in training and learn on the job during the probation period.

Requirements

• Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid, and AED certified.
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug tests.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to speak well to groups.
• Ability to take direction and learn quickly.
• Ability to perform manual labor related to sailing and boating.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate varying work hours.
• Stability of future residence on Oahu is required.
• Must be able to free dive at least 30 feet.

Nice-to-haves

• Fluency in Japanese or Korean in addition to English is preferred.
