About the position
We are seeking an experienced Senior SailPoint Identity Now (ISC) System Administrator/Developer to join our dynamic team. This role involves the design, development, customization, implementation, and administration of solutions using the SailPoint Identity Now (ISC) platform. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable, efficient solutions that meet those needs.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, implement, and administer solutions using SailPoint Identity Now (ISC) platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Deliver scalable and efficient solutions that meet business needs.
- Customize SailPoint Identity Now (ISC) workflows and connectors.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and internal teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using SailPoint Identity Now (ISC) platform.
- Strong proficiency in PowerShell and Java/J2EE development, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cloud, Networking, and Telecom concepts.
- Solid understanding of identity and access management (IAM) concepts and best practices, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Proven track record of delivering successful SailPoint Identity Now (ISC) implementations from inception to completion, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and analysts to translate requirements into technical specifications, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

- Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
