About the position

The SailPoint Consultant role is focused on the implementation and integration of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, specifically utilizing SailPoint IdentityIQ. This position is critical for delivering services and managing business expectations, involving daily administration and planning of security controls until automation is achieved. The consultant will assist in developing and maintaining the IAM infrastructure, ensuring effective onboarding of applications and compliance with security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform system implementation and integration activities for IAM solutions.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of the entire IAM infrastructure solution.
• Install, upgrade, patch, deploy, configure, program, test, and document IAM solutions.
• Onboard applications and configure custom business processes.
• Develop and implement various types of rules including custom, aggregation, build map, and correlation rules.
• Work with connectors such as DLimited file connectors and Workday connectors.
• Configure certification in Identity Now.
• Implement Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC).

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Proactive work behavior with a forward-thinking and growth mindset.
• Experience in financial or healthcare sectors is a major plus.
• Proven troubleshooting skills in complex environments.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of XML, Java, IDE/Code Repository, and Server OS.
• Familiarity with IdentityIQ configuration and IdentityIQ API.
• Knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL.
• Understanding of enterprise directories like LDAP and Active Directory.
• Experience with enterprise systems including SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday, and ServiceNow.
• Ability to set up and install software on Windows and Unix platforms.
• Experience with web technologies such as XML, SPML/SOAP, and Web Services.
• Familiarity with web application servers like Tomcat, WebSphere, WebLogic, and JBOSS.
• Working knowledge of securing resources in third-party hosted cloud environments.
