About the position

The SailPoint Engineer position is a full-time contract role focused on the development and engineering of SailPoint IdentityIQ. The role involves guiding the capabilities of SailPoint while also executing programming tasks and implementing role-based access control (RBAC) for onboarding applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java programming and scripting, along with experience in identity management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Guide on the capabilities of SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Complete engineering development tasks in a timely manner.
• Program in Java and perform shell scripting.
• Implement RBAC and onboard applications into SailPoint IIQ via connectors and custom code.
• Assist in the design, development, configuration, implementation, and administration of SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Utilize established development tools, guidelines, and conventions.

Requirements

• Proficient in Java programming and shell scripting.
• Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and its capabilities.
• Knowledge of RBAC and user provisioning frameworks.
• Familiarity with SSO, SAML, WS-Federation, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Experience with IAM, Active Directory (Azure), and secure LDAP.
• Knowledge of large-scale enterprise server and endpoint security solutions.
• Familiarity with MSSQL, CyberArk, and Azure MFA.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and Git.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, JavaBeans, JQuery, XML, JSON, REST API, AJAX, HTML, CSS, and PowerShell.
• Experience with web application servers such as Tomcat, JBOSS, and WebSphere.
