About the position

The SailPoint Engineer position is a full-time contract role focused on the development and engineering of SailPoint IdentityIQ. The role involves guiding the capabilities of SailPoint while also executing programming tasks, particularly in Java and shell scripting. The engineer will assist in the design, development, configuration, implementation, and administration of the identity platform, ensuring timely completion of assigned engineering tasks.

Responsibilities

• Guide on the capabilities of SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Complete programming tasks in Java and shell scripting.
• Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and onboard applications into SailPoint IIQ via connectors and custom code.
• Assist in the design, development, configuration, implementation, and administration of SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Complete engineering development tasks on a timely basis.

Requirements

• Proficient in Java programming and shell scripting.
• Experience with implementing RBAC and onboarding applications into SailPoint IIQ.
• Knowledge of established development tools, guidelines, and conventions such as Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and Git.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, JavaBeans, JQuery, XML, JSON, REST API, AJAX, HTML, CSS, PowerShell, SQL.
• Experience with web application servers like Tomcat, JBOSS, and WebSphere.
• Knowledge of user provisioning and management frameworks (RBAC), SSO, SAML, WS-Federation, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Experience with IAM, Active Directory (Azure), secure LDAP, and large-scale enterprise server and endpoint security solutions.
• Familiarity with MSSQL, CyberArk, and Azure MFA.
