Responsibilities

• Build fresh salads in retail packaging per given recipes and guides.
• Build fresh 'city' bowls to order based on standard specs.
• Assemble core bowls for retail display.
• Make all prep associated with the product, including dressing and condiments, according to given recipes and daily pars.
• Maintain cleanliness and aesthetic of display cases and fridges.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and storage area.
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
• Answer, report, and follow GM/KM instructions.
