Responsibilities
- Build fresh salads in retail packaging per given recipes and guides.
- Build fresh 'city' bowls to order based on standard specs.
- Assemble core bowls for retail display.
- Make all prep associated with the product, including dressing and condiments, according to given recipes and daily pars.
- Maintain cleanliness and aesthetic of display cases and fridges.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and storage area.
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
- Answer, report, and follow GM/KM instructions.
