Responsibilities
- Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Manage crew members and be the face of Scott Family McDonald's in the community.
- Lead, develop, and grow a team that embodies the Scott Family McDonald's culture.
- Manage assigned systems, such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Set goals, delegate tasks to teams, follow up, and report results back to the team and other managers.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
